Jim Thompson is an Entrepreneur, Investor, and Pinnacle Business Guide

As a startup founder who successfully launched, scaled, and exited his business, Jim is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs overcome obstacles and achieve more: more profit, more time, more freedom, and more fun!

Jim has experience implementing business operating systems in his own company, though he wishes he had found them much sooner. By leveraging business operating system frameworks and tools, Jim and his leadership team gained the new clarity and focus needed to drive profitable and substantial growth, ultimately leading to the sale of his company.

Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Jim served as a Captain in the US Air Force and was a Management Consultant, advising growth and strategy teams at Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity firms.

Jim earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS from the US Air Force Academy. Jim resides in Fort Worth, TX, with his lovely wife, Larissa, and two-year-old Corgi, Chester. They are expecting their first child in 2024.
